Terms and Conditions

All orders are processed through this site based on your payment choice. Orders paid by credit card or Paypal are not immediately processed and held as a payment authorization for an order. Orders are only processed if the product is in stock and ready to ship. If the product is out of stock, you will be notified and can choose to back order the product.

During the checkout process, Paypal may be selected by default as the payment process. If you choose to make payment via Paypal the payment will not be processed through this site. A separate invoice will be prepared and sent from Paypal to your email address for the total amount due. Once you make payment, the invoice at this site will be marked as paid and a copy of that invoice will be sent to you. If your Paypal payment email is different than the email address used to place the order, be sure to provide your Paypal payment email address in the notes section of your order, so the order can processed through Paypal with the correct email address.

If contacting prior to ordering, be sure to provide part numbers listed on this site and describe the use and motorcycle it will be fitted to as comprehensively as possible.

Payment authorizations are accepted by credit card (Visa, MC, Amex &, Discover) and Paypal. During the checkout process, Paypal may be selected by default as the payment process. If you are paying via credit card, be sure to select credit as as the payment type so we can process your order through the Accu-Start site. 

When your payment is processed via Paypal, you will receive a receipt from Paypal for the total amount of the invoice due. Your order at this site will be marked as paid and you will also receive a copy of your invoice listing the items purchased through the Accu-Start site.

When your credit card payment is processed, a receipt is sent to your email address.  You must contact us to pay by C.O.D., money orders, checks and to verify stock availability. Checks must clear before goods are shipped.  Checks drawn on out-of-state banks may take 7 to 10 days to clear.  We do not offer open accounts.

All prices are F.O.B. Rocky River, OHIO and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to substitute products that we have determined to provide better performance and / or service life for the application.

We ship United Parcel Service (UPS) whenever possible. Shipping charges are added to invoice total. There is no surcharge for shipping through the US Post Office.

Back orders will be filled in under 30 days unless specified otherwise. Items listed in stock are ready to ship, but a product may be out of stock regionally or nationwide.  When possible, the item's status will be detailed on your invoice, email or letter. Contact us regarding your part's back order status.

Special orders must be paid in full at time of order. Please allow 30-90 days shipping time on  special orders. No returns or refunds are given on special orders.

Must be prepaid in US Money Order, Certified Bank Draft or credit card. Orders are shipped freight and duty collect.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing as we do not accept returns for refund due to charges being refused on delivery.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a return authorization # and a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be inspected and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns due to shipping error or manufacturer defect will be replaced. No returns after 30 days from invoice date. All refused shipments must be in "as new" condition for resale and are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all freight charges. Some items on our web site may not be legal for sale or use in the State of California or any other State, on any pollution-controlled vehicle. Performance products provided by Accu-Start are intended for racing vehicles only and are not applicable for use on pollution-controlled street/highway vehicles. No returns on special orders.


All claims for damage or missing goods are the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the merchandise in front of the carrier. All claims must be made to the carrier.

Products provided through the Accu-Start site are of the highest quality and performance in the industry. Products are intended for the purpose of racing, therefore there is NO WARRANTY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED on any products sold through the Accu-Start site. 

All descriptions given by Accu-Start as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Accu-Start will not assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product we sell. Accu-Start shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing or installing the product, the buyer agrees to all of these terms. If a problem arises that is questionable, we may ask that the item be returned for evaluation. Based on our evaluation, if an adjustment should be made, we will either replace, repair or offer assistance in solving the problem. The use of Accu-Start products is at the sole discretion of the buyer.

The purchaser of any products through the Accu-Start web site releases the manufacturer of those products and Accu-Start from all liabilities as to the use of those products on any vehicle. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any vehicle, may increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the vehicle illegal for public road use.
